Our website is going to have a pallet of (third party) software to choose from and we’ll make the process of selecting and using the software a cinch. We’ll divide the website into tabs and have an about page on our website describing what our website entails and what services we have to offer. If the user has any other questions the website can’t answer, we’ll have a 24/7 contact support via e-mail, phone, and many other social apps such as Kik, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and our website’s live support chat. Our main goal is achieving customer satisfaction by means of allowing anyone who uses our website to be able to download the third party remote software with instructions on how to install it, how our services work and what are our rates are, how to contact us if there’s any further questions, information about the techs behind what the actual service itself, and full engaged remote technical assistance at the comfort of the user’s own home.
