A project launch online innovation tournament - an intensive learning experience that engages students in idea-generation and creative collaboration technique. Through a series of activities teams will come up with and present innovative, viable solutions to the Tournament challenge.  Business experts will mentor teams’ efforts and evaluate the presented ideas.

A series of online sessions dedicated to best practices and attitudes that foster innovation, invention and entrepreneurship, enlarge networks, and improve career opportunities. Students will communicate with top performers from business who will share their experience and vision regarding various aspects, trends, needs and challenges and expose students to a variety of digital jobs and careers, and much valued job skills.

A mid-term project online semi-final providing student teams opportunity to present their projects to the panel of experts who will select teams-finalists with strong potential for their projects to become real businesses.

A project online final where the US - Russia teams will present their projects to experts, the panel of judges and the audience. Winning teams will be selected and announced at this stage.

Exchange visits of the winning teams to meet their peers face-to-face and to visit companies that provided support to the project who will host special events to expose international teams to their business objectives in the coming years, the types of employees and the mix of technical and entrepreneurial skills they will be looking for.

US-RUSSIAN Digital Entrepreneruship Project - why it was important

Tatiana Shilova, the Russian teacher: "All the activities represented in this project were an example of “how it is better to do” in Entrepreneurship education. The students not only acquired knowledge of the subject, learnt how to work in teams to discuss and overcome the problems, but also got to know a lot about another culture and style of life. Thank you for the opportunity to take part in such useful project."

What US-Russian teams think about their participation in the Digital Entrepreneurship Project.

Winners of the Digital Entrepreneurship project explored the famous centres of technology and innovation in the Silicon Valley.

US and Russian participants of the winning teams of the Digital Entrepreneurship project and their teachers met face-to-face in San Francisco and spent unforgettable days exploring centres of technology and innovations in the Silicon Valley.  This experience offered students an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the importance of the digital and entrepreneurial competencies for their future successful careers.  Members of the winning teams share impressions of visiting San Francisco and Silicon Valley and meeting their peers.

The Russian participants of the Digital Enterpreneurship Project celebrated their achievements meeting HPE volunteers - mentors, lecturers and panel of judges who supported their work on innovative projects.

The meeting at the HPE office in Moscow started with virtual communication with Alexander Mikoyan, General Manager of HPE Russia followed by teams' presentatiuons of their projects and celebtration with HPE volunteers.
