Students
This project will help the US and Russian students develop and maintain digital and entrepreneurial competencies, as well as “global” skills, needed to create new networks in the digital society and match these skills with diverse occupations. By working with students from another country, it will help them develop the cultural sensitivity essential in the global business arena. Students will benefit from interaction with industry experts, and get recognition for their achievements.
Teachers
Teachers can learn from seeing how their professional counterparts work in different countries and incorporate international dimension into the teaching / learning process.
Business
Business people will have an opportunity to communicate with an age group very different from their current and long-time employees. Mentoring is an experience that instructs both the one being mentored and the one doing the mentoring. We also believe there will be an advantage for participating business people to understand how to work with this generation of students who will become customers, suppliers or employees in the future.
