After several months of hard work, the teams submitted their Concept Papers, which are being judged by experienced business people in Russia and the USA.  The total possible score that a Concept Paper can receive is 230 points.  Following the judges’ review, the top scoring teams will be selected as finalists.

Points will be given for how well the team summarized their idea, the idea’s creativity and uniqueness, along with details of the product or service, and their technology, marketing and financial strategies. In addition the teams will be judged on their ability to demonstrate how they would operate their business and its impact. A detailed SWOT analysis is also required. Teams will be given bonus points if they developed a web site and provided good details on the financial side of their business ideas.

Thanks to all the teams that participated, and to the lecturers and mentors from HPE who provided invaluable assistance as teams developed their Concept papers.

Winners will be announced Monday, March 28
